Special Processes
JASCO employs several special processes to provide the ultimate in flexibility and utility to our customers. These include:
Steel Shot Blasting
This process is used to clean, strip and improve a metal surface. This is appropriate for surfaces that are being prepped for painting or coating.
Hardness Testing
Hardness testing is a quality test we use to verify the heat treatment results to ensure they are suitable for the anticipated application.
Straightening
This is a post-heat treatment process, typically performed with the use of weights, in order to ensure that especially long parts will meet straightness requirements.
